The admin panel isn’t connected yet

The site is running on its built-in starter content. To turn this into a working editor, the Sanity project has to exist and its ID has to be set.

1. Create a free project at sanity.io/manage, dataset production, visibility Public.
2. In Cloudflare Pages → Settings → Environment variables, add SANITY_STUDIO_PROJECT_ID and PUBLIC_SANITY_PROJECT_ID — both your project ID.
3. In Sanity, add this site’s URL under API → CORS origins, with credentials allowed.
4. Redeploy. This page is replaced by the real editor.
