A notarized Minor’s Release must be on file with the CPRA office before any contestant 17 and under may compete.
All minors 17 and under must have a notarized Minor’s Release on file with the CPRA office before competing at any CPRA-sanctioned rodeo.
The form is available on the Membership page. Mail it to 9680 W Northridge Dr, Conroe, TX 77303 or bring it to the office during posted hours.
